salt and pepper to taste
To prepare: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Rinse black beans and add to skillet. With a fork smash the beans to a chunky consistency (ultimately this dish resembles refried beans). Add chopped tomato, jalapeno and onion. Simmer for five minutes. Stir in white wine and cumin. Simmer for an additional five minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
